• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Mwaliko allows users to create and manage event-related content, including guest information, invitations, RSVP records, messages, reminders, and pledge information. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, store, send, or manage through the platform.

You confirm that you have the lawful right to use any personal information or content you submit into the system.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some Mwaliko features may require payment or an active subscription. Prices, plan limits, and feature access may vary depending on the package selected.

• Payments must be completed successfully before paid services are activated.
• Subscription validity, quotas, and usage limits are governed by the selected package.
• Failure of third-party payment providers may delay or prevent service activation.

7. Messaging and Notification Services

Mwaliko may provide messaging features such as SMS reminders, invitation notifications, and WhatsApp-related communication support. Delivery of such communication depends on third-party providers, network conditions, user device availability, and other external factors.

We do not guarantee that every message, reminder, or notification will be delivered successfully at all times.

8. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Mwaliko available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. The platform may be affected by maintenance, updates, provider downtime, network interruptions, or technical failures.
